Through the Family and Faith program, parents – as the first educators of their children – are invited into a deeper and more intimate relationship with the person of Jesus Christ.
At St Michael’s Catholic Primary School Meadowbank, we strongly value the development of our whole school as a thriving faith community. To achieve this, our Family and Faith Program provides many opportunities for children and their families to connect with the faith life of the school and parish. Some initiatives include prayer reflection days, retreats and pilgrimage experiences for adults, class retreats, sacramental craft, outreach opportunities for parents to serve those in need across our city, parent involvement in whole school celebrations and SPaR, which is an opportunity for parents to Stop, Pray and Reflect with God and their children.
