Playground
Our inviting playground equipment is an activity hub for children complete with trampolines, slides and climbing equipment.
Undercroft
Our expansive undercroft consists of a netted synthetic soccer field which students use for sports lessons and during active play at recess and lunch. The large undercover area also provides protection for students to play handball, enjoy a game of chess or simply play amongst friends in various creative spaces.
Classrooms
Our recently completed building provides students with wonderful contemporary learning environments. Our innovative learning spaces provide students with the latest technology and flexible learning spaces which aid students to be supported and challenged in their learning.
Library
In the centre of the building lies our expansive, well resourced library, which provides a range of quality literature to all students. Students use this area to borrow books weekly, and to collaborate with others throughout their learning.
Out of School Hours Care
Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) operates Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) at St Michael’s. The centre provides quality education and care programs with qualified and passionate educators. Both casual and permanent placements are taken. Care is also offered for pupil free days and during school holidays.
Hall
Our hall is a space that is used for a variety of activities at our school. Before and After school care is held in the hall. We also use it for sport activities, lunchtime clubs, dance and school assemblies and Liturgies.
Green Screen
We have a purpose built green screen that enables the students to be involved in creating their own movies. This allows the children to be creative while using technology in their learning.
Music Room
The music room is a specially designed space that the students got to for their weekly music lessons with our specialist music teacher. The space is also used by Teaching Services Australia each week for individual and group music lessons for students who have chosen to learn a particular musical instrument.
Canteen
Our school canteen is open each day at recess and lunch, serving delicious, healthy food. Lunch orders can be made online using the Qkr app, available from both the App store and Google Play.
